Er, unless I am mistaken, you wont be able to use him since the land you choose can only produce colored mana of your general’s CMC. :/
I’m not sure of the rules, since Colorless costs could be any color… But someone already did it, and used Islands?
Sheldon announced this sometime ago that memnarch including others like Bosh and Thelon may be played as a general. for example, Thelon has green in his CMC but has Black in his oracle text, in the past rules you werent allowed to run it as a general but now you can, the deck will be G/B. bosh would be R, and memnarch would be U. good luck and have fun!
